[PHP] Can't execute External command whois From: Ahchi Ng (ahchi_ng <email protected>)

Hi all,

I had a PHP script (copy from somewhere) that running was running "very well
for several months" in 3store.com, but it can't run correctly suddenly!
So that I sent an email to my "Web hosting" company to ask for help, but
they always said that it was PHP script error that they will not support it
even though I had copy the same script to other domain mask2000.com to prove
that the script is run very well.

In 3store
http://3store.com/php/whois3.html always return "Already registered" because
it can't run the "whois" command

But in Mask2000
http://mask2000.com/php/whois3.html everything is OK

Will it be a PHP config problem, or user right ...etc. The "whois" command
is work if I telnet to the server.

Any suggestion?
