Such a translator doesn't exist.
I suggest you try PHP 4.0.1pl2 and see how much of a speed improvement you
get (I would also be interested in hearing about it).
If the script is still extremely slow get back to this list and maybe
explain what you're doing and what is slow (You might have other
bottlenecks such as database accesses or file manipulation; then again you
might not.)
