[PHP] News Updater or alike script From: Alex Behrens (bigal <email protected>)

Hey,

I have been working cgi scripts to update the news on our network for nearly a year, and I am now researching the options of using php to do this task now.
Does anyone of any scripts that already assembled that I could that would take a junk of html with variables and fill it in with the proper data to form a news update?

I am fairly new to php, so that is why I turned to this list.
