I have a script, and I'm not certain which 1 of 5, which does not seem to be
releasing the php.exe after parsing the script. Unfortunately, it is a data
entry sequence so after 20 records, I have 20 instances of un'end_task'able
php.exe running in the task manager...
I **think** it may have something to do with the OCI_DEFAULT settings I
have...
Do I need OCI_DEFAULT in my OCIExecute when I'm going to run an OCIFetch
statement on SQL that is SELECTing?
