[PHP-WIN] R: [PHP-WIN] NT4 + Apache problem (more) From: Ermanno Iannacci (ermannov <email protected>)

Nothing changed. If php.ini isn't in Windows directory, Apache goes well,
but it doesn't load additional extensions.
I already suspected that the problem could be something else, but in
application log these are the only errors.
