Since Shane isn't around, he won't be able to compile a Win32 binary for
us. I'll try to compile one later today.
The bonus is that it's going to have my experimental COM module. It's very
simple and still not thoroughly tested, but it seems as if it's working.
Expect the Win32 3.0.2a+COM binary within a few hours...
