I've just compiled a Win32 optimized binary, it's around 400KB in size, and
a bit more than 220KB compressed. Since Shane's not here, unfortunately, I
have no idea about how to wrap it up in an installer binary, or compile any
of the external modules. The ones coming with the 3.0.2 release should
work fine, though.
Also, I've linked this binary with a rather old MySQL library, I don't have
a recent one. It should work fine, though.

I'll prepare some quick docs for the COM module. It's real simple to use.
