Now i am sure that the problem is not related to my code.

The funny side effect is that i never intended to open an http://
connect to my own server (would be kind of dumb anyway) i just did it
to test if the fopened file really get´s read and parsed as intended.
The main feature was to open and parse a file from any other server
then my own.

And thus i can walk proud out of the office today and can say:
"Today i learned something!" ;-)
