Well you can look into using samba to link into the NT domain user and
passwd stuff. You might have to do a custom apache or php module to do it
though. Or you can just use the pam apache auth module. Because there is
some support for pam in samba. Agian I don't know how much for the pam
support and the ntdom stuff is done in samba. But this would be the only
way I would know. I don't know the URL but just search for it!
