[PHP3] Compile shared object From: Brad Glonka (glonka <email protected>)

Hello,

We have Red Hat's Secure server based on:
Apache/1.2.6

It came with the option to install mod_php-2.0.1
I chose to install it but its obviously out dated.

We would like to install php3.

Red Hat has not give the source code for the secure server :( So we have
no where to tell phpe where the source tree is. It seems that red hat has
simply dropped a mod_php.so in /usr/lib/apache. Thay have not compiled
mod_php into the apache server.

SO can someone tell me how to do this for php3 ?
