Check the archives for an exhaustive discussion about splitting the
list or gatewaying it to a newsgroup.
To summarize:
A) Most of the current readers indicated they would end up reading
both/all sublists. This pretty much defeats the purpose of splitting it.
B) We don't want the noise/spam associated with a newsgroup.
