How would I go about setting up the following:
I would like to have it so that our employees could submit news articles
with pictures via a form to be dynamically included in our website. The text
stuff is easy for me but I am not sure how they could attach graphics and
how to store them in MySQL and consequently how I would yank them out and
display them later.
