True, I seem to recall reading somewhere that they went back and "fixed"
the spec but forgot to "fix" the example in the spec. it's a nice bit of
confusion. But, if you test it out by sending a cookie with a year of 01
and set your client forward to 2001 you will see that it actually does
work.
