Nope. get_browser() isn't documented and whenever I try to use it, apache
barfs. <http://ca.php.net/bugs.php3?id=970>. As a bribe for someone to fix
this, I promised to write the some docs, but it's still broke.

If you get it to work on your system,
http://php.netvision.net.il/browser-id.php3s should show you everything
you need to know.

PS (Latest info shows it might work if you place the config directive in
the php.ini file, but not the apache.conf one.)
