[PHP3] Mysql Slow on Win32 From: Michael Stearne (mstearne <email protected>)

I recently went from 3.0.2 to 3.0.6 on Win32 and I have noticed now that
there is about a second or so delay for each page request when mySql is
involved (mySQL is local Win32 version). This doesn't happen when I
just have straight php pages.
When I run a query from the command line, there is no delay. Anyone run
into this problem? It's really just annoying.
