Yes, the internet is a great resource for information and support, and
sometimes offers the best solutions, however have you ever tried Oracle
support ? It is by far one of the most pleasurable experiences with
corporate support i ever had. Problems all solved, no problem.
Some support lines are a real joke, but some are really good.
