I think you should try the same thing which fixed the exactly same problem with PWS
4.
You should add something to the php3.ini-file, you should add a "doc_root", that's
where your documents are. E.g. I'm having my files on PWS under
c:\webshare\scripts. I changed the "doc_root" to "c:\webshare" (becuase PWS only
supplies the "/scripts/file.php"-part of the URL).
