[PHP3] encrypting vars From: Hans Anderson (hans <email protected>)

Hello,

I've been busy figuring out a IP Masq problem on my Linux box and didn't
get in on the encrypting get vars discussion, so if this doesn't fit,
please forward to /dev/null

I wrote a couple of pretty simple, yet (IMHO) very effective encryption
functions. They are probably pretty hackable, but afford some level of
comfort. I'll give out the functions to whomever wants them (nobody has
shown much interest yet in PHP, but they are popular Cold Fusion ports).
