[PHP3] odbc.ini question From: Nemo Mai (nmai <email protected>)

Environment: Apache 1.3.6, PHP 3.0.7 DSO with iODBC.

According to the README file the odbc init file should be in ~/.odbc.ini
and when I installed the iODBC rpm, the file was copied to
/etc/odbc.ini. But this doesnt seem to be right. I got a "SQL error:
[iODBC][Driver Manager]Data source name not found" error when trying to
connect to the DSN. So what directory should I copy the file to? How
should I name it as odbc.ini or .odbc.ini? Thanks.
