  This is rather misleading. "True" SysV systems differ from all others by
the presence of STREAMS -- a thing that actually created SysV branch. Yet
other SysV features, such as SysV IPC, were at different times in differnt
ways adopted by other, non-SysV unix and unixlike systems, including
reimplementations (ex: Linux) and ones that descend from BSD branch and
are completely unrelated to SysV code (ex: FreeBSD).
