Actually this is running on a DigitalDaze virtual server...they are using a
special build of Apache 1.2.6. Do you have any other ideas?

Did you upgrade your Apache to something beyond 1.3.6? There was a
problem in the unreleased 1.3.7 and 1.3.8 versions. It was just fixed
today.
