Last modified:now
Pragma: no-cache
Cache-Control: no-cache, must-validate

FYI, I went to the geocrawler archive for the PHP list
(http://www.geocrawler.com/lists/4/Web/), and came up with the following:
http://db.geocrawler.com/archives/3/1/1999/1/0/4653/

That article (along with 54 others) was produced by a search for "no-cache".
I rate that as better than useless, severely or otherwise.
