I tried the httpd.conf, srm.conf, and that other .conf file and couldn't find
anything. Were exactly would I look so that I wouldn't get the 403 error
for the .PHP3 files? An .HTML file in the same directory is openable and
so is a .PNG file off a subdirectory.
