how does it look like whan u download it is it php3 file or html
it could be problem with your header

Hi ya All....

Help someone pls, im tring too get php3 going with my Apache1.3.6 on my win
95 box.....

I have looked at other examples but all seem, well here nor there......

So here:

Root too my server dir: C:/Program Files/Apache Group/Apache/htdocs"

This is how i have it setup:

ScriptAlias /php3/ "C:/Program Files/Apache Group/Apache/htdocs/"

AddType application/x-httpd-php3 .phtml
AddType application/x-httpd-php3-source .php3

This is the PATH too where the PHP.exe is located, this could be on the
server on in the system folder (MAYBE)

Action application/x-httpd-php3 "C:/Program Files/Apache
Group/Apache/htdocs/php/php.exe"

Is this currect?

Also I have edited the php.ini:

Include_path=C:/Program Files/Apache Group/Apache/
doc_root = /htdocs/
extension_dir = C:/Program Files/Apache Group/Apache/htdocs/php/php.exe

It would be a great help if someone could somply sort this out for me......

I can run the .php file in my browser but not the .php3 it ask's me too
download it, so its not I guess picking up the MIME - Type...
