I did but it is sooo cryptic.... cause the password is encrypted, and there
are all these xxx privileges....

(Why doesnt anyone make a a web interface? :D)

I saw communitech's PCP demo (I am not hosted with them) and saw that it
could create users for mysql, so i thought someone would have done one
also....

Html in email kind of hurts the sensitive parts of sensitive eyes of certain
sensitive people, i guess :-)

Anyway, create a database for the user, add a user name with the priveleges
to
the user table, create password for the user by issuing the Set command,
optionally add table priveleges for the user. (the last is not very
important
unless you are very particular about accesses to individual tables).

For more info, look at adding new user priveleges from the MySQL docs.
