Hello all. Heres my problem.
I created a simple HTML file. It looked fine in both IE and NS. I saved it
as a php3 file to prepare for adding PHP. Netscape however has chosen to
display the page totally differently though, even though no changes were
made. After NS is done parsing the page, it seems as if it refreshes and
then displays the page incorrectly. Like I said, no changes had been made
except for changing the page to a php3 file.
I'm using NS 4.08.
Here are the 2 pages in question....this should be easier to understand
after both pages are seen.

Much thanks in advance.
