[PHP3] phpinfo() environment variable question From: Steve Chadsey (schadsey <email protected>)
Date: 03/31/00

New to PHP, just installed PHP4RC1 and apache 1.3.12 on a RedHat 6.0
system. httpd runs as user "nobody".

Setup a test php script with a single phpinfo() call. In the phpinfo
output, I see several of one user's environment variables listed under
the "Environment" section, which is under "Additional Modules". These
same user's environment variables appear even if I change the ownership
of the test script.

Where is phpinfo() getting these environment variables?

Thanks!
