[PHP3] Upload and Update at the same time??? From: Mark Lo (markloky <email protected>)

Hi,,
  I have been searching the mailing list but I couldn't find any
answers!!!
  I know the fuction of upload is to upload the file into the
server...if i right..
but now i would like to get people to fill out some forms and those form
elements will be inserted into the database then the file will be put
into the directory...whatever it is named.

How can i insert the form elements into database and get the file
uploaded into the server in one step instead of two steps....i mean at
the same time???
