[PHP3] How can I echo a string as a link ? From: sufi malak (sufi_m <email protected>)

I am trying to echo this:
<? echo "Grade"; ?><? echo "$grades[0]"; ?></td>
This output Grade 4 for example.
How can I have it as a link, I meant I can click on it (Grade 4 ) and jump
to another page.
