Hello folks,
I have been an Apache host provider for some years.
I have just added PHP and MySQL on the upgrade to Apache 1.3.12. I added
FrontPage too; Several customers demanded it - sigh.
I would like to hear comments on steps towards a good secure box from those
of you with experience (a.k.a. horror stories).
I know that 100% security is impossible. However, I also realize that a
little effort goes a long way.
This should stimulate good discussion on the very important topic of
security for our boxes.
John
