yes.... local page render time.
so if you remove any network speed considerations, how long does it take to
render the page? on average, the 'home page' took 10 seconds for CF, 1-1.5
for PHP3.

the site is able to handle more traffic (ala load tests... I don't think I'd
like to say how many for sec. purposes)
