[PHP3] php filter application error From: Sander, Ryan (RSander <email protected>)

Hi,
I am trying to install PHP 4 on my NT machine. I keep getting an
application error and the Web service won't start. Whenever I remove the
PHP ISAPI filter the Web service starts fine. If I put it back, same result
(Web service won't start). Anyone have any ideas or similar problems? Any
help would be greatly appreciated.
