Let me put it this way:
Your Windows98 box will be no less stable with Apache/PHP3 than it was
without them :-)
I can't get PHP4RC2 to run with Apache on Win98, but maybe that's just be
being stupid.
PHP3 works like a charm on my development laptop with Win98. Gotta find
time to make it dual boot though...
