I have a script that pretty much follows any documentation I can find on using File Upload to send an image to the server and save it as a BLOB (MEDIUMBLOB to be exact) in my MySQL database. The upload seems to go fine but when I retrieve it from the database I find that the filesize is about 10 bytes less than the original file.
Has anybody else experienced this phenomenon? I'm using PHP4.0b3, MySQL v3.22.26a, and Apache 1.3.9
