[PHP4BETA] Browser BACK/Forward Button with Form From: Tilli Weissenberger (office <email protected>)

On some forms I created the user gets the following error message, when
trying to use the BACK or FORWARD buttons on the browser:

Warning: Page has Expired The page you requested was created using
information you submitted in a form. This page is no longer available. As a
security precaution, Internet Explorer does not automatically resubmit your
information for you.

To resubmit your information and view this Web page, click the Refresh
button.

How do I have to write forms in order to avoid this error message?
