The ISAPI module is not yet completely stable. We have started
implementing the most important missing feature which is virtual current
working directories and it seems there are still some problems with it.
If you do want to mess around with it though, get PHP to compile on your
Windows machine and uncomment #define VIRTUAL_DIR in your php.h
