You need another script mapping.
You can create script mappings either in the regestry or with "Internet Service Manager" (NT Only).
Start REGEDIT and navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\w3svc\parameters\Script Map
Create a new string value:
.php3 and associate it with c:\php4\php.exe %s %s
Remember to stop and start the web service to read the regestry values.
