I tryed compiling PHP4 without Oracle - Apache starts without problems.
Also I made some changes in configure file (refered in bug-list):
(-lpsa -lcore4 -lnlsrtl3) -> (-lpsa8 -lcore8 -lnls8)
But Apache crashed down again :o(
