OK, after looking a bit closer, I found that ./configure --help even
/MENTIONS/ that one should read README-BCMATH. I added README.bcmath, but
it prob. won't make much of a difference.
So here's what I'm thinking, looking for feedback:
1) Get rid of README.bcmath, move README-BCMATH to README.BCMATH, since
all the other README files use .SOMETHING. This is just to be consistent.
I never enve looked for README-BCMATH, just saw there was no .BCMATH, so I
added one (though I got the case wrong).
2) Add a file (bcmath.stub?) to number.tar.gz.
3) If during configure, they use --enable-bcmath, but configure cannot
find file added in step 2, stop configure with "Please read the readme
file for bcmath."
Possible? Easy? Is there any reason we can't add a files to number.tar.gz?
What do you guys think?
