Hi,
in addition to my working LAMP system (Debian woody, Linux 2.2.14,
Apache 1.3.9, MySQL 3.22.32, PHP 4.0rc1) I'm trying to install Apache
1.3.12 and PHP 4.0rc2-dev (CVS download Apr 28, 11.00 am) in a
homedirectory. Apache/PHP works (see: phpinfo.htm.gz), but there's a
problem with MySQL.
Each installation of MySQL (/usr and /home/tarantulla) works, but
whatever I tried
(--with-mysql[=shared], --with-mysql=/path_to_mysql_header_files,...), I
don't get PHP build mysql.so or use the existing one with the
extension_dir I took from my LAMP's php.ini respectively.
With extension_dir set I get
./sbin/apachectl: line 171: 1315 Segmentation fault $HTTPD
./sbin/apachectl start: httpd could not be started
Thanks in advance.
Martin
