Imagick::getImageDistortion — Compares an image to a reconstructed image

( MagickWand $reference

Compares an image to a reconstructed image and returns the specified distortion
metric.
Return Values
Returns the distortion metric used on the image (or the best guess
thereof). Throws an exception on error.
