- SEQ_IN_INDEX
- COLUMN_NAME
- COLLATION
- CARDINALITY

- FILTER_CONDITION
The result set is ordered by NON_UNIQUE, TYPE, INDEX_QUALIFIER,
INDEX_NAME and SEQ_IN_INDEX.
