Returns a list of SDO_DAS_Settings describing the old values for
the changed properties of the SDO_DataObject.

A list of SDO_DAS_Settings describing the old values for the
changed properties of the SDO_DataObject.
If the change type is SDO_DAS_ChangeSummary::ADDITION, this
list is empty.
