TinyButStrong 1.65 released

TinyButStrong is a Template Engine for Pro and Beginners.
This new version brings nice new features.
- \'OnFormat\' event function for fields and blocks
- global variables for the current merged value, and the current merged record.
The two big particularities of TinyButStrong are:
1/ You can design a template with a Visual Html Editor (like Dreamweaver).
2/ It knows several main databases in native for merging.
And it also gives common Teamplate Engine\'s features.
