The guys at Sourceforge.net have made it even easier for us to find projects we need. IBM's Recommended PHP Reading List
The IBM Developer Site has published a list of must-read sites and resources if you are a beginner to PHP. Among the list are articles, blogs, books, presentations, magazines, webcasts and mailing lists.
