A new magazine (pdf format) is starting up and looking for authors on a variety of subjects.

Your proposal should include:
 
A working title
An outline of the article
A short bio about you and your experience with MySQL
 
Some potential topics: Embedded MySQL, Stored Procedures, Fail-over,
Replication, MySQL in the Enterprise, and MySQL on Windows.
