Those monitoring the Zend Framework SVN during the past few weeks likely noticed a huge surge of activity as contributors scrambled to complete code in time for the 1.10.0 release. The release is getting close, and an ALPHA release of 1.10.0 is now available on the ZF site (http://framework.zend.com/download/latest)--not from the zend.com CDN.
